Terms & Conditions

The rules that apply when learning, teaching, purchasing content, or administering the ABII platform.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using ABII, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use ABII for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. You must be legally able to enter this agreement or have proper authorization from a parent, guardian, institution, or responsible party.

2. Accounts and security

Provide accurate information and keep it current. Each account is personal unless ABII explicitly authorizes organizational use. You are responsible for protecting your password, MFA device, and recovery codes, and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

ABII may require email or phone verification, an initial password change, multi-factor authentication, or identity checks. Recovery requests may be reviewed by authorized root administrators. You must not evade security controls, impersonate another person, share access, or attempt to obtain another user’s information.

3. Enrollment and course access

Enrollment in a course is free. Payment, where applicable, grants access to the course’s paid learning content; it is not a recurring subscription. Module descriptions, requirements, outcomes, prerequisites, language, price, modules, lessons, reviews, and ratings help learners make enrollment and purchase decisions.

Access is personal and may not be resold, shared, copied, or used to provide unauthorized group access. ABII may correct errors, maintain the service, and make reasonable platform changes. A published course remains available while proposed instructor changes are held in a separate draft for review, helping prevent unapproved content from replacing the approved version.

4. Prices, currency, and payments

USD is currently the main active currency, although the platform can store and activate supported currencies. Your payment provider or bank may convert from another currency and may charge fees outside ABII. The amount and currency displayed at checkout govern the transaction.

Payments are processed using the available payment method and remain subject to verification. Access may be delayed or withheld if payment is incomplete, reversed, fraudulent, or cannot be confirmed. Any refund, cancellation, or dispute rights will be handled under the policy shown at purchase and applicable law. Final-exam rewrite fees, when configured, are separate from course-content access.

5. Quizzes, final exams, and certificates

Quizzes may be timed or untimed. Final exams require a server-enforced time limit. Answers may be saved automatically, and saved answers may be submitted for grading when time expires. Refreshing, closing, or changing devices does not reset a server deadline. Assessment activity may be recorded for security and review.

You must complete assessments honestly and must not share questions, answers, or restricted content. If published questions change, the revised assessment is treated as a new version and affected students may need to attempt it again. Results, attempt limits, pass marks, and rewrite requirements are determined by the published assessment configuration.

Certificates are issued only when platform requirements are satisfied. Verification codes allow third parties to confirm certificate records. ABII may revoke or correct a certificate obtained through error, misconduct, fraud, or invalid completion data.

6. Reviews, ratings, feedback, and uploads

Only eligible signed-in learners may submit course ratings and comments through ABII. Content must be truthful, relevant, respectful, and lawful. Feedback and screenshots must not expose passwords, MFA secrets, full card data, or information you are not authorized to share. ABII may moderate, restrict, or remove abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, unsafe, or irrelevant material.

7. Instructor obligations and earnings

Instructor status and courses are subject to ABII review. Instructors must own or have permission to use all submitted materials and must keep content accurate, lawful, safe, and suitable for learners. Drafts and changes to published courses, including lessons, quizzes, and exams, may require approval before becoming public.

An instructor may be designated as a company instructor with no earnings, assigned the platform’s default commission, or assigned a custom commission. A commission can currently be zero percent. The applicable arrangement and system records determine earnings; no earnings arise merely from holding an instructor account. ABII may reverse earnings connected to refunds, reversals, fraud, or invalid transactions.

8. Acceptable use

You must not upload malware or unlawful content; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; harass others; manipulate ratings, results, payments, certificates, or earnings; scrape or overload the service; bypass paid-content controls; probe security without authorization; or use ABII for fraud. Automated access requires written authorization.

9. Intellectual property

ABII’s software, branding, interface, and platform materials are protected by applicable rights. Module creators retain rights they lawfully hold in their content while granting ABII the permissions reasonably necessary to host, review, display, deliver, secure, and administer that content through the platform. Learners receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use accessible course material for learning.

10. Suspension and termination

ABII may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, unlawful activity, serious or repeated violations, risk to learners, or protection of the platform and its reputation. Where appropriate, ABII should provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond. Records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Availability and responsibility

ABII aims to provide a reliable learning service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Modules support learning and do not guarantee employment, business success, professional licensing, or a particular result. To the extent permitted by law, ABII is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from platform use. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes and applicable rules

ABII may update these Terms to reflect platform, operational, or legal changes. Material updates should be communicated appropriately. Applicable law and dispute arrangements should be completed using the official ABII operating entity and jurisdiction before production launch.

13. Questions and notices
